What kinds of travel are eligible?
All travel. Your supporters travel for many different reasons, even if it's not related to you. Still, they care about your org. This allows them to support things they care about with purchases they already make.
A family Thanksgiving trip out of state has nothing to do with the local church or sports team, but they can book through the organization's NPT site and give back!
Our org doesn't travel that much, can this still be useful?
Yes! All Travel is eligible, not only travel related to the team.
You're a football family booking spring break? Perfect! You're a girl scout dad going on a business trip and you can book anywhere using your company card: book here! Of course, if your team is going to a tournament and you need hotels, you should book that here too!
Any type of trip works - you book the hotel and give back to something you care about.
How long does setup take?
Set up is done by the NPT team for you. We need logos, a blurb about your organization, and an address to send a check. You'll be set up in less than an hour.
How much work is involved?
NPT does all of the upfront work for you. We customize the site and give you a package of collateral.
What we need your help with is posting collateral and communicating with your supporters. Without that, bookings won't be nearly as high as they should be.
In short, just post & communicate about the platform - we even remind you when!
What's the risk?

Are there rules about who can book through this site?
The only rule is that the user must be signed in. Users must be signed in to see our special rates with one requirement: we can't show them to everyone on the internet. Hence, you need to create an account (which is free, of course).
Schools using NPT for fundraising, for example, alumni & extended family are not only ok, but encouraged to use your site!
